Choose whichever method you prefer:
Order online.
Use our online catalogue to select the items you want and proceed to the checkout. Make sure you enter your billing address during registration. You can specify a different delivery address later.
Our store sends out automated emails to confirm your registration details and any orders you place.
Important note: Some Internet Service Providers treat these genuine messages as junk and may filter them out.
By telephone.
Call us on 01691 772 407. If there's nobody in the office at the time just leave your phone number and we'll call you back.
By post / fax.

Complete the debit/credit card payment section or enclose a postal order or cheque (payable to NUTRITION GATEWAY LTD). Cheques take about 5 working days to clear.

REMEMBER - Never send a message or attachment containing your card details by email to anyone.
All our prices include delivery by 1st class mail to any UK address. You can purchase courier delivery (usually Royal Mail's Special Delivery service) if you like - do this before 3pm for guaranteed next working day delivery.
We do mail to other EU countries - visit our sister store www.health-supplements.eu where prices are dispalyed in Euros and include delivery.
If your order has not arrived within 15 days of placing it, you should check if it is being held at your local Royal Mail delivery office. You must inform us within 30 days of order if your package is damaged in transit, or does not arrive at all. Proofs of mailing are only held for 30 days, so we cannot accept a claim after this time.
