Lycopene 10mg

In recent years, lycopene has been shown to have major antioxidant and protective effects throughout the body. Lycopene may help to support good prostate health and a healthy cholesterol level. Lycopene is the red colouring found naturally in ripe tomatoes, red peppers and watermelon.

Each softgel contains 10mg of lycopene and is ideal for individuals who eat low to moderate amounts of tomato and other red fruits/vegetables in their normal daily diet. Each softgel contains approximately the same amount of lycopene as 100ml of tomato juice.

Recommended use: Take one softgel a day with a main meal (oils and fats in the meal help the absorption of lycopene).

Contents: 60 softgels each containing 10mg Lycopene
Other ingredients: Rice bran oil, softgel capsule (gelatine, glycerine, water)
