Maca (High Strength Extract)

Maca (Lepidium meyenii) comes from a small root vegetable, similar to a radish, that grows in the high Andes of South America. Native Peruvians have traditionally used Maca to help support energy and stamina. Many women find Maca helpful during the menopause. 

Contents: 60 capsules each containing 500mg of standardised 4:1 high strength Maca extract (equivalent to 2,000mg of Maca root whole herb).

How do I take Maca extract?
Take 1 capsule a day, preferably with food.

CAUTION: Before using Maca, consult your doctor or health practitioner if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
Note for vegetarians: capsule shell contains gelatine.
